The reunion weekend has been planned for the 12th June 2010

and will be held at the 

PARAGON HOTEL

Alcester Street

BIRMINGHAM

TAfter the success of the first reunion we decided that the Birmingham venue had everything needed and more and we are returning next year to this fabulous hotel. Plans are still in the making but there will be a discounted price for ASSOCIATION MEMBERS.

The weekend will start with a Friday arrival for those able to do so. A hot buffet at the bar will be available upon arrival and there will be plenty of opportunity to meet old and new ship mates.

On Saturday there will be a meeting of members so that everyone will be updated with the associations recent activities and financial status together with news on where the association is heading. There will also be a display of images from the ship provided by members of the association and a gallery of images taken of the ship in Liverpool. A slide show presentation is also planned.

On Saturday Evening there will the the formal HMS INTREPID ASSOCIATION REUNION DINNER commencing at 7:30pm where the ladies get an opportunity to show off their new EVENING or COCKTAIL dress while the men, dressed in LOUNGE SUITS accompany the ladies to an evening of fine food and entertainment. MEDALS can be worn if desired.

ENTERTAINMENT IS PROVIDED AND OUR FEATURE ACT THIS YEAR IS ; SHEP WOOLEY

There is a set menu available for the reunion dinner however if you do have special requirements we ask that you outline these on your booking form at the earliest possible time to ensure that your requirements are met.
